Ladies and Gentlemen,

Good evening! It gives me great pleasure to attend tonight’s ceremony. I would like to take this opportunity to offer my warmest congratulations to Greenland Canada on the 3rd anniversary of its founding.

As you may know, Greenland, a Fortune 500 company, is one of the most successful real estate companies in China, and its projects can be found in more than 80 cities. In recent years, Greenland has been exploring overseas businesses in 13 cities and Greenland Canada is one of them. After 3 years of hard work, it has debuted the Greenland King Blue project. This encouraging progress, of course, cannot be made without the generous support of its partners and different levels of Canadian government, and it to a great extend shows the openness of this land.

Here I would like to thank all the friends from different sectors, and I wish that you will continue to support Greenland and other Chinese companies in the future. And it’s my belief that Chinese companies including Greenland Canada will endeavor to meet the legal and social demands and contribute to the building of a better society of Canada.
